Hi, I’m Nicole Rodriguez. I’m a personal trainer for seniors serving Wynnewood and Philadelphia’s Main Line. For over eight years, I’ve built my career around helping adults 50-plus improve strength, balance, posture, and mobility so they can stay active and independent.

I offer private personal training sessions and small-group fitness classes at MovementRx Studio in Wynnewood. While my approach benefits adults of all ages, I specialize in personal training for seniors and those navigating the physical changes that come with being 50-plus.

As someone who is over 50 myself, I understand firsthand the challenges of aging, from joint stiffness and bone health concerns to maintaining strength and confidence. My programs are designed to meet you where you are and help you build a stronger, more resilient body safely and effectively.
