Hi! I am Nicole Rodriguez. I have spent over seven years building a career that merges my two greatest passions: helping others and movement. Through my work as a personal fitness trainer and fitness and dance instructor, I intertwine these interests, using movement and exercise to help my clients improve their health and lead more active lives.
I offer private sessions and lead group classes in Wynnewood. While my comprehensive approach to posture and fitness benefits all ages, I specialize in working with those who are 50-plus.
I am 50-plus myself, so I understand firsthand the challenges that come with aging. I’m certified as a personal fitness trainer and exercise therapist, and have assisted hundreds of individuals who are on similar journeys to wellness.

My approach to personal training and healthy aging, movement, and wellness in general, is holistic. There are many factors that influence the way your body feels, moves, and ages. The areas I address are posture, balance, stability, mobility, strength, and cardiovascular health.

I teach Move Strong and Dance Fitness every Monday and Friday at MovementRx Studio in Wynnewood.
These are the same as the in-person training sessions, but conducted online instead of in the studio.
